Luncheon meeting at Dennys. 12 PM noon (sunny24 Deg)
50/50 Winner. $6 00. $ 6.00 to Chapter Treas.
Discussion = meeting plans for the ensuing year.
#1. When is the best time to have the meetings? Noon or in the evening
Chairman Scott asks each member in attendance his or her preference.
Results are evenly split Scott is to study the issue.

PROGRAM:
# 5 Jim Pratt spoke about obtaining future program material. Difficult to get manufactures to give presentation. Discussion of the use of Web pages relying on video information and conference. Some has Indicated videoconference may replace conventional program speaker for a meeting

# 6. Tom Ichikawa spoke of the FCC implantation of ULS, Universal License System for all radio Communications service. Currently the Land Mobile is being the start of mandatory ULS Radio licensing procedure. This will include the broadcast service and the rest of the radio services
