Secretary’s Report-
Reading of the Dec 10, 2005 minutes was accepted as read.
Treasurers Report-
Treasures report- No report, referred to last month’s balance.

1] Discussion for
increased attendance-
A]
Suggested a pole, to be submitted by email,for
another day of the week
that
might prove more provident. Tuesday and Thursday were suggested
by
those present.
B]
With the new SBE chapter that has started in Ithaca, this will have a direct
affect on our chapter’s membership and relative reduction in our chapter’s
attendance.
C]
We need to look toward the colleges, for those interested in broadcast
engineering.
New Business-
1] Our February’s
meeting will a 12:00(noon) luncheon at the Park Diner-
Conklin Ave., Binghamton,
NY. Our March meeting will be presented by Ron Shoemaker. Ron will be showing
the new production facilites at "The Arena" in Binghamton, NY. The April
meeting is scheduled for David Nicosia
of the National Weather Service Binghamton, NY
and our May & June meetings are TBA. July will again be the “Almost
Never Rain Picnic” at Tom Siglins house in Vestal, NY.
