BUSINESS:

Meeting started at 12:18PM

Secretary’s Report- Reading of the December 9, 2004 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- Tom Siglin and Steve Miller will resolve the monthly fee "no activity"
issue for our checking account.  Treasurers report was accepted as read.

Old Business-

1] Discussion on the past years activities and general planing for 2005.

2] The February meeting will be a luncheon at the Park Diner; located at
     119 Conklin Rd in Binghamton at 12 noon.

3] Larry Bloomfield will again be having the mini NAB show at WSKG-TV46, Vestal, NY.
    on Monday, August 22^nd.

4] Gordon Ichikawa will be contacted for a possible tour of his tower site for summer.

New Business-

1] David Nicosia of the National Weather Service will do two presentations.

A short talk at the February Luncheon and a longer presentation and tour

of the NWS facility for our March meeting.

2] A tour of WCDW "Cool 100" facilities have been arranged for our June meeting.
