Meeting started at 12:30 PM

Secretary's Report- Reading of the January 11, 2004 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- was read and accepted.

Old Business- Listed the upcoming meetings on the agenda.

New Business-

The March meeting will be at The National Weather Service Office Dawes Rd. located at the Greater Binghamton Airport. Dave Nicosia will give a longer talk on EAS and conduct a tour of his facilities.

April and May are open for speakers at this time.

PROGRAM: Dave Nicosia gave a brief talk on EAS with question and answer period.
