Meeting called to order: 02:47 PM - Eric Adler, Chairman presiding
Secretary’s Report:
- Minutes of last meeting read, Paul Kaminski made the motion to approve the January minutes.
Treasurers’ Report:
-Checking balance was stated as $XXX.49
Old Business:
-Possible tour of Ithaca College in March, Date to be announced.
-Moog Exhibit is mostly miscellaneous items, not a complete exhibit.
-Planning meeting for April 4th at 6:30pm, location to be announced.
New Business:
-February 24th, Memorial Service for Tom Siglin.
-Motion made by Paul Kaminski to have the Annual Picnic at Dorchester Park on July 11, 2018 at 6:00pm, with business meeting to follow. Eric made reservation on line for the pavilion rental.
-May need another planning session for TV Repack Presentation, possibly an email exchange.
-Possible future station tour possibilities for May or June are Bundy Radio Station WBDY or WLTB.
