Meeting started at 7:49PM

Secretary’s Report- Reading of the February 8, 2005 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- Treasures report was incomplete and an approximate balance

of X,XXX.05 was stated.

New Business-

1] June’s meeting will be a WCDW-FM located on Court St in Binghamton, NY

2] In July, the repeat of the "almost never rain" picnic will be held at Tom Siglin’s house in Vestal, NY.

3] Larry Bloomfield will again be having the mini NAB show at WSKG-TV46, Vestal, NY. on Monday, August 22^nd.

4] Membership information update was supplied by Vinnie Lopez. This was regarding the current SBE membership drive. Also stated, is the NEXTEL -2 Gig licensing meeting to be held in Syracuse, NY- March 16^th. Contact Vinnie on this.

PROGRAM: David Nicosia, from the National Weather Service at Binghamton, NY, presented updates regarding SEMO, NOAA, AMBER, Weather Event and Non-Event EAS Codes and statements. Internet sites were posted for those needing to review impending weather conditions and statements.
