Secretary’s Report: Reading of previous month's meeting minutes.

Treasurers’ Report: $XXX.07 (Horizons FCU Binghamton NY) + $16.00 from 50/50 (Fred Montalvo)

Old Business: July picnic changed to June 9^th and Tom Siglin's home, 108 Clark St. vestal NY 13850

New Business: Renewal of SBE dues time. National encouraging new members to join.

Meeting in April planned for NOAA at BCC Airport facility. Dinner at Spot Restaurant, Upper Front St, Binghamton NY Time: 5:30PM

Discussion regarding how to increase membership. Publishing three months in advance of meeting to generate interest.

Program: Presentation at 7:30PM from Bill Cassidy from VITEC, Video Innovations . Bill is an assistant vice president of sales and traveled from Walford Massachusetts . The presentation demenstrated a system od distribution and switching for video and steaming signals.
