Treasurers’ Report- Present balance is $XXX.09, which includes the $80.00 Chapter 1 SBE member’s holiday party supplement.
Old Business-
1] April’s meeting will have Paul Rumo as the presenter. Supper and meeting location to be announced.
2] Our May meeting will have a Tektronix representative and in June, we will be at the National Weather Service(NWS) at Dawes Rd next to the Greater Binghamton Airport, Town of Maine, NY. July’s “Never Rain Picnic” will be 6:00 PM at 151 Smith Hill Rd., Binghamton, NY. Jim Pratt and Ferdinand( Fred ) Montalvo to help out Scott Phillips in this endeavor. August remains open. On September 14th, we will be meeting at the Broadcasters Reunion to be held at the Riverwalk Hotel and Conference Center in downtown Binghamton.
1] David Priester to be notified that he was elected as Certification Chairman.
2] A Get well card for Ruth Allen was signed by everyone present. Scott Phillips will mail the card to her.
3] We welcomed a new SBE Chapter 1 member- Ferdinand( Fred ) Montalvo. Welcome Fred!
4] The Marconi Tower Project is on hold, as per Scott Phillips, due to lack of enough support at this
moment in time. Eric Adler and Bill Sitzman have offered to assist in keeping the 100th anniversary
alive.
