Meeting called to order: 06:54 PM – Jim Pratt, Chairman presiding

Secretary’s Report:

- Minutes of last meeting read, Paul Kaminski made the motion to approve the January minutes.

Treasurers’ Report:

 -Checking balance was stated as $XXX.49

Old Business:

-Possible tour of Ithaca College and a luncheon sometime in the fall, preferably on a Saturday.

-April dinner meeting scheduled for April 4^th at 6:30pm at WSKG. Meeting open to all users of professional wireless microphones, presentation by Joe Ciaudelli with Sennheiser. Charge for dinner $5.00members/$10.00 non-members.    

New Business:

-Paul reached out to Don Perkins regarding a possible tour of WLTB in August or September.

-May or June tour of the Bundy Museum.
