Secretary’s Report- Report as read

Treasurers Report- Present balance is $XXX.79. Printed checks have been ordered; but still not received- Treasurer Tom Siglin will check in to this.

Old Business-

1] Our April 10^th meeting will be at the NWS (National Weather Service), Dawes

Rd., Broome County Airport, Town of Maine, NY. The meeting is slated to start

at 7:30 PM. The 6:00 PM supper location has not been located as of this writing.

2] May 8^th will be with Patrick Campion from ENCO. Location is planned at

WSKG-TV/FM

3] June 12th is slated at WMRV-FM with Jon Scaptura. Further details will follow.

5] July 10^th would be our “Never Rain” picnic. Scott Phillips has offered his home as

a possible location. Tom Siglin has offered to continue our picnic tradition of the

never rain picnic, at his home.

New Business-

1] June’s meeting remains open at this time.

2] No other new business discussed.

Program- Tom Siglin presented a program on document feed machines. Demonstrations on how they work were greeted with much interest. Tom is the service manager for Photo-Micro Graphics in Johnson City, NY. located in Johnson City, NY.
