Meeting called to order: 8:11 PM –  Eric Adler presiding

Secretary’s Report:

        -Minutes from the March meeting were read, Fred made the motion to approve as read.

Treasurers’ Report:

-$XXX.49 in the savings account, and $113.00 in cash.

Old Business:

        -May 2^nd dinner meeting 5:30pm at Piccolo's Café, tour of Bundy Museum following the

         meeting.

        -Ithaca College sometime in the fall.

New Business:

          -Need to schedule programs for the June, August, and September meetings.

Adjournment:

                    -Made a motion that was accepted to adjourn the meeting at 8:34pm
