Secretary’s Report- Report as read

Treasurers Report- Present balance is $XXX.79. Printed checks have been ordered; but still not received- Believe Tom Siglin now has these available.

Old Business-

1] May 8^th will be with Patrick Campion from ENCO. Location is planned at

WSKG-TV/FM

2] June 12th is slated at WMRV-FM with Jon Scaptura. Further details will follow.

3] July 10^th would be our “Never Rain” picnic. Scott Phillips has offered his home as

a possible location. Tom Siglin has offered to continue our picnic tradition of the

never rain picnic, at his home. Final location will be announced.

New Business-

1] Jim Pratt received a letter from Ralph Hogan, president of national SBE stated the upcoming National SBE for 6/23/12. Arrangements should be made now for the Indianapolis Hilton, IN. Special room rates for the annual SBE meeting are in effect.

2] No other new business discussed.
