Secretary's Report- Reading of the March minutes

Treasurers Report-  Treasury balance was stated as $X,XXX.18.

 

1]  May's meeting - Luncheon at The Park Diner Conklin Ave Binghamton 12 noon

2] Control Concepts will provide a tour of their facilities on June 14 at 7:30 PM.

     The 6:00 PM supper location is Niko's Diner Court St. Binghamton

3] July will be our annual Never Rain Picnic at Tom Siglin's house Clark St.

 Vestal, NY -  Time 6pm July 12.

4] August 13^th “A Taste of NAB” presentation with Larry Bloomfield to be

     held at WSKG-TV46.

5] In September, our meeting will be a 12 noon luncheon.

6] October 16-17^th are the dates for the 35^th SBE Chapter 22 Expo to be held at   

     Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY.

 

New Business-

1] A possibility to have advertising on our Chapter 1 web site for broadcast 

    manufacturers at a yearly fee of $XXX.00. This would be billed on a yearly basis.

    Further talk is needed as to size, rates and frequency of the ads.

2] Frequency coordination has been reverted back to Gino Ricardelli on a temp

     basis.
