Meeting called to order: 8:00 PM –  Eric Adler presiding

Secretary’s Report:

        -Minutes from the April meeting were read, Paul made the motion to approve as read.

Treasurers’ Report:

-$XXX.49 in the savings account, and $XX.42 in cash.

Old Business:

                                                  -July 11^th, Annual Picnic. Paul to set up

                                                   -Ithaca College sometime in the fall.

New Business:

          -Need to schedule programs for the June, August, and September meetings.

                                    -Welcome new member Mike Micha for WSKG.

                                               -New Certification Handbook is out.

                          -No problem adding Member Plus to and existing membership.

                                    -C Band satellite antennas need to be registered.

                   -T-Mobile expected to start operating on 600Mhz during the 4^th Quarter.

Adjournment:

                                   -Jim made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:34pm

Program:

-Tour of the Bundy Annex including WBDY radio station.
