Meeting started at 7:30 pm. Raffle was won by guest Dan Miller.

Secretary’s Report- Reading of the April 12, 2005 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- Treasures report stated a balance of $XXX.09 was stated.

Old Business-

None

New Business-

1] The June 14^th 7:30 pm meeting will be held at WCDW-FM located on 495 Court St. in Binghamton, NY. Dinner at
6:00pm at Niko’s Restaurant, 522 Court St. which is located across the street from WCDW-FM.

2] On July 12, the repeat of the "almost never rain" picnic will be held at Tom Siglin’s house, 108 Clark St. in Vestal, NY.
The time has been set at 6:00 pm. Please bring a dish to pass.

3] Larry Bloomfield will again be presenting The "Taste of NAB Road Show" at the WSKG-TV46 studio, Gates Road
Vestal NY on Monday August 22^nd . Time: 6:00PM. Dinner will be at The Old Country Buffet Vestal NY at 4:30pm.
Discussion to eat at Old Country Buffet before the Taste Of NAB Road Show.
We will not be providing food at the venue site.
This presentation will replace our regular August 9^th Tuesday meeting day.

4] ELECTIONS: Discussion to send out e-mail to invite members to nominate a candidate of their choice or,
a motion was made to keep current slate of officers by Dave Allen.

5] Discussion on the September 13 meeting. We will have a luncheon possibly at The Park Diner or
Dennys Restaurant on the Vestal Parkway.

6] Chapter 22 will hold it’s 33^rd annual Broadcast & Technology Expo at The Turning Stone Casino on Wednesday
September 28^th 2005. We urge all members to participate. Volunteers from our Chapter will once again be needed to help
Chapter 22 present this Expo.

7]Discussion on our annual Christmas Party Dinner. Looking for ideas on a new place to have the party.
