Secretary’s Report- Reading of the April minutes

Treasurers Report- Treasury balance was stated as $X,XXX.18.

1] Control Concepts will provide a tour of their facilities June 14 at 7:30 PM.

Their location is 328 Water St,. Binghamton, NY. The 6:00 PM supper will be

at Niko’s Diner, 522 Court St,. Binghamton, NY.

2] July 12^th will be our annual SBE “Never Rain Picnic” hosted by Tom and Kathy

Siglin starting at 6:00 PM to dark. Location is at 108 Clark St. ,Vestal, NY.

3] August 13^th “A taste of NAB” presentation with Larry Bloomfield to be

held at WSKG-TV46. starting at 6:00. A light supper will be served. Further

details will be announced as we receive them.

4] In September, our 12 noon luncheon meeting will be at the Park Diner-

Binghamton, NY.

5] October 16-17^th are the dates for the 35^th SBE Chapter 22 Expo to be held at

Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY.

6] Advertising on our Chapter 1 web site for broadcast manufacturers at a yearly

fee of $120.00 was announced. This would be billed on a yearly basis. Dialight

expressed a desire to be up on our web site.

New Business-

1] Jim Pratt wishes to not run for chairman this year and a suggestion that Tom Siglin run for that position and Jim Pratt run for vice-chairman. Scott Phillips would remain as secretary. Tom Siglin could also be considered for treasurer on a temporary or permenant basis, filling the position left by Steve Miller.

2] Frequency coordination for SBE Chapter 1 remains with Gino Ricardelli.
