Meeting called to order at 7:11 PM –  Eric Adler presiding

Secretary’s Report:

                    Minutes from the May meeting were read, Jim made a motion to approve.

Treasurers’ Report:

                                      $XXXX.49 in the savings account, and $XXX.42 in cash.

Old Business:

                                          -July 11^th, Annual Picnic. Paul to set up.

                                           Approved the expenditure of $60.00 for picnic food and supplies.

                                          -Ithaca College tour scheduled for Saturday September 8th.

New Business:

                 -Paul Kaminski will update Chapter on the T-Mobile presentation at the July Meeting.

                 -Steve Savanu with Audio Technica scheduled to present at the August 1st meeting.

                 -Suggestion to contact Kevin Bixby at WBNG for possible station tour during lunch

                  meeting.

                 -Need to plan a program for the November meeting, party at December meeting.

Announcement:

                 -If your station uses a Sage EAS Box, it needs an update within the next 2 weeks to

                  continue receiving alerts from FEMA.
