Secretary’s Report: Reading of previous month's meeting minutes.

Treasurers’ Report: $XXX.07 (Horizons FCU Binghamton NY) 50/50 winner Ron Cappiello. Ron donated his half of $9.00 to chapter. SBE National rebate of 106.25 received. Picnic expenses $50.00

Old Business: NOAA tour still on hold with no confirmed date. Possible fall event?

New Business: Discussion of future presenters. Binghamton Broadcasters 19 of September in the Double Tree Hotel, Binghamton NY. December Possible Christmas party at Red Lobster, Vestal NY.

Likely July meeting as a luncheon... locations discussed. Changes in EAS system by FCC. Maybe a future meeting devoted to EAS items. Paul Kaminski plans to change support from underwriting to matching dollars of chapter toward new and ex-members renewal. Tom Siglin suggested supporting chapter with in-kind, 50% dues donation from non-dues paying members.

Motion to change Certification Chairman from David Preister to Paul Kaminiski by Dave Allen, seconded by Albert Miller. Motion voted upon and carried unanimously.

Program: Picnic at Tom Siglin's home.
