Secretary’s Report- Read last month's minutes

Treasurers Report- Treasury balance is - $XXX.92

This includes the $122.85 SBE Chapter 1 rebate check to be deposited.

Old Business-

1] Our next meeting will be our annual “Never Rain Picnic” hosted by our member Tom Siglin starting at 6:00 PM till dark on July 8^th . Location- 108 Clark St., Vestal, NY. SBE Chapter 1 will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, beverages and condiments. Please bring a dish to pass.

2] “A Taste of NAB”, presented by Larry Bloomfield will be held on August 12^th (Thursday) at the Vestal Public Library in Vestal, NY. The supper will start at

5:00 PM and the presentation about 5:30 - 6:00 PM. The dinner will be provided by Chapter 1 and will be free of charge to those who attend the “A Taste of NAB” road show. Additional updates, as needed, as we get closer to August 12th meeting.

New Business-

1] In addition to the door prizes supplied by vendors that Larry Bloomfield has lined up, extra prizes will be looked into by Chapter 1. This would help out with our treasury balance by selling raffle tickets. Tom Siglin to inquire about these door prizes.

2] Jim Pratt went over upcoming meeting dates. A possible “SkyWarn presentation by Dave Niccosia of the NWS (National Weather Service) is possibility for a fall meeting. Chapter 1’s board of directors to look into this at a later date.
