Secretary’s Report- Stated as written.

 

Treasurers Report-

1] Treasury balance- $XXX. 37 current. This includes a $150.00 deposit to the American Legion Post 89; for the “A Taste of NAB” dinner on August 27th.

 

2]  The raffle was won by Larry Brown and Tom Siglin. They each received a Unisex XLR 1 pole microphone connector that was donated from Neutrik, INC

and Paul Kaminski.

 

Old Business-

1] The July 9th (Thursday) meeting will be our annual “Never Rain Picnic” will be hosted by our member Tom Siglin starting at 6:00 PM till dark. Location is at 108 Clark St., Vestal, NY.  Hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, beverages and condiments will be provided by SBE Chapter 1.  Please bring a dish to pass. 

 

2] “A Taste of NAB”, presented by Larry Bloomfield will held on August 27th (Thursday) at the Vestal, NY American Legion Post 89.  The supper starts @ 6:00 PM and will be free of charge to those who attend the “ A Taste of NAB” road show. We will have more updates as we get closer to August.

 

New Business-

1] Our September’s SBE meeting will be at Denny's Diner- Denny's Restaurant (junct of Bunn Hill Rd & Vestal Pkwy, Vestal, NY) September 10th  at 12:00 noon.

 

2] October’s meeting is in conjunction with the SBE Chapter 22 Expo to be held on October 6th - 7th  in Verona, NY.

 

3] Jon Scaptura’s presentation on the Salt River Project, re: Tower Safety has been tentatively scheduled for our November meeting.

 

4] The SBE Chapter One Christmas Dinner is again being scheduled for December
