BUSINESS:
Raffle- A kerosene lamp, donated by T&K Communications, was won by Doug Colborn. $7.00 went to the SBE Chapter treasury.

Meeting started at 7:12 PM

Secretary's Report- Reading of the June 10, 2003 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- Accepted as stated( $XXX.12 )

Old Business-
1] The mini NAB show, held on June 30th,  was discussed. We had 22 in attendance which included 3 sales engineering reps, Larry Bloomfield and his wife. A new location, other than the Spot Restaurant would have to be chosen, if another NAB mini show is to be held. Additionally, the last weekend in June proved to be a challenge for Larry Bloomfield in securing a motel room, due to graduations and the VFW convention. David Allen to look into the possibility of Ithaca College as a possible 2004 location, if Larry will again do the venues next year.
2] Scott Phillips passed out New York State sales tax exemptions for those in the broadcasting and production sector.

New Business-
1] Harris Broadcast or/and Audio Precision Co will be contacted by David Allen as a possible August program. September will be our 12 noon luncheon, tentatively  planned for Denny's Diner on the Vestal Parkway. A possible tour to the new tower site at the 81/481 split,  in Syracuse, NY, is being planned for October. November's program is currently open. The December holiday party will be at the Little Venice, in Binghamton.
