Meeting started at 7:45 PM..
Secretary’s Report- Reading of the June 13, 2006 minutes was accepted as read.
Treasurers Report- As of July 11th, 2006 the treasury balance was stated as $X,XXX.39.
Old Business-
1] Possible October tour of McIntosh Labs is being planned to replace the canceled date of last month. Tom Siglin will let us know the date and time this fall.
2] Larry Bloomfield will present the venue- “A Taste of
NAB” on Monday August 7th, 7:00 PM at WSKG-TV46. This year,
manufacturers supported venues will pay for the dinner at 6:00 pm, in the WSKG
luncheonette. Phil’s Chicken House has
been contacted to provide the catering.
Cost is suggested at $7.69 per plate with beverage plus sides and
dessert. Approximately up to 25 people
could have the complete dinner paid for. Chapter 1 would cover any additional
food expense.
3] Tuesday Sept. 12th, will be a luncheon
meeting starting at 12 noon at the Park Diner, Conklin Ave., Binghamton, NY.
The Holiday/Christmas party, in December will also be at the Park Diner.
New Business-
1] The “ railroad committee” has reelected the current
officers for an additional term.

2] Our new treasury bank branch is now located at Citizens Bank, 247 Main St in Binghamton, NY. Scott Phillips will check into the possibility of having a new “business” EIN checking account at this branch. Scott will contact Vinnie Lopez on “not for profit” business checking accounts from national SBE and Chapter 22.
