Meeting called to order at 2:35 PM – Jim Pratt presiding

Secretary’s Report:

                                       Minutes from the June meeting read, amended, and approved.

Amendment: Joint Meeting with Chapter 2 at Bingham’s Restaurant is scheduled for

         August 14^th at 6:00pm, and NOT August 15^th.

Treasurers’ Report:

-Received and deposited rebate check for $XXX.50

               -Need to update Officer’s Names on our accounts, notarized

                                  Relinquishment paperwork needs to be submitted.                  

Old Business:

                -Joint meeting with Chapter 2 has been scheduled for 6:00pm on August 14th at

                  Binghams Restaurant in Kingsley, PA .

                -Possible discussion concerning Chapter Histories has been suggested as a meeting topic.

New Business:

                         -Tour of Cayuga Radio Group has been scheduled for September 7th.

                         -Tour of WEBO has been set for October 19^th.

                         -Tour of Equinox Broadcasting in Johnson City has been suggested.

   Certification Report:

          -Nothing to Report.
