BUSINESS:
Raffle- won by Jim Pratt.  $4.50 went to the SBE Chapter treasury.

Meeting started at 8:15 PM

Secretary's Report- Reading of the July 8, 2003 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- Accepted as stated( $xxxxxx )

Old Business-
1] The Park Diner will be the location for our 12 noon luncheon on Sept 9th. October's meeting will be at WSKG TV46 and Harris will be give a HD radio presentation. November is presently open and December's holiday get-together will be at the Little Venice Restaurant.  January and February will again be luncheons.

New Business-
1] September 25th will again be the SBE Chapter 22 convention to be held at Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY. Be there to show support for your neighboring SBE chapter. Register early at www.sbe22.org to have your packet ready for you. As in the past, they always can use our help to make the convention run smoothly. Call Vinnie Lopez for additional information.
2] Tom Ichikawa talked on the new communications tower that T & K Communications is constructing. It might be possible to meet at the new tower for November's meeting. Tom will let us know.

PROGRAM: Scott Phillips, Sr. gave a tour of Scott's Radio & Television Co., located in Binghamton, NY. Their business comprises of consumer, broadcast and commercial servicing and repair.
