Meeting called to order at 6:27 PM, special joint meeting with Chapters 1 & 2.

New Business:
The purpose of the joint meeting between Chapters one and two was to discuss mutual areas of interest that would strengthen the Chapters, and encourage membership and participation.
-Consider future joint meetings, parties, and vendor presentations.
-Encourage station owners to offer to cover the cost of membership fees and continuing education opportunities for qualified staff.
-Training opportunities would be attractive for individuals entering the broadcast field.
-Set up a table and have a visible presence at school and college career days, or offer to visit the classroom at area vocational or high schools.
-Local chapter involvement with the Chapter 22 Technology Expo.
-Outreach to Broadcasting and Multi-Media platforms.
It was also mentioned that the Repack related technical issue between WNEP and the New York City Police Department would be handled during Phase-10.
