Meeting started at 6:12 pm.
Raffle proceeds were donated to Larry Bloomfield in the amount of $12.00.
Secretary’s Report- Reading of the July 12, 2005 minutes was accepted as read.
Treasurers Report- Treasures report- $1,191.59
Old Business-
1] Chapter 1 elections: E-mail notices will be sent to all current Chapter 1 SBE members, if they indeed want to keep the same slate of officers or nominate a candidate. Results will be presented at our September meeting.
2] The September 13th meeting we will have a luncheon, possibly at The Park Diner in Binghamton or Denny’s Restaurant in Vestal.
3] Our annual Holiday/Christmas Party event for December has a couple of locations to be looked into. What is needed, is a small room or area that could be set aside for our event.

PROGRAM: Larry Bloomfield was taken sick over the weekend and a DVD of his Florida"Taste of NAB Road Show" will be shown, in his absence. Graaf Ali, from Leader Instruments, presented a live demonstration of the latest equipment available from Leader.
