Meeting called to order at 1:47 PM –  Eric Adler presiding

Secretary’s Report:

              Minutes from the July meeting were read, Jim made the motion to accept, seconded

              by Bill Sitzman.

Treasurers’ Report:

                                      $XXX.49 in the savings account, and $XXX.42 in cash.

Old Business:

                     -Need to set up November and December meetings.

                     -December meeting and party tentatively planned for the Red Lobster.

                     -October meeting scheduled at Broadway Diner to discuss nominations.

                     -No additional information on Gino Ricciardelli gift to SBE.                                           

                     -Need to remove Gino Ricciardelli and Dave Allan from membership rolls.

                     -Possible future tour of WLTB radio.

New Business:

                 -EAS box certificates need to be updated.

                 -Will attempt to schedule next year’s presentations early.

                 -October 2^nd and 3^rd Media Resource Expo in Danvers MA.
