Secretary’s Report- Reading of the July and August meetings. minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- Treasury balance was stated as $X,XXX.39, including $8.00 raffle proceeds.

Old Business-

1] Scott Phillips checked into the possibility of having a new “business” EIN checking account. Best to leave the SBE Chapter One checking account setup as is.

2] The SBE Broadcast & Technology Expo was discussed. Additional help is still needed from Chapter One. Contact Vinnie Lopez, if you can help out.

New Business-

1] October 10^th tour of McIntosh Labs has been planned to start at 6:00 PM. A late dinner and meeting will be at Niko’s Restaurant Court St. 7:30 PM.

2] November is open for a meeting agenda. December’s Holiday Party is scheduled to be at Maro’s in the Regency Hotel, Binghamton. The January and February meetings will be luncheon meetings starting at 12 noon at the Park Diner, Conklin Ave., Binghamton, NY.
