Secretary’s Report- Reading of the Aug 22, 2005 minutes was accepted as read.
Treasurers Report- Treasures report- $X,XXX.59. $20.00 error from last month's report
Old Business-
1] Chapter 1 election report : Results of the E-mail notices sent to all current SBE Chapter 1 members; keep the same slate of officers for 2005 / 2006.
2] Our annual Holiday/Christmas Party event for December has a couple of locations to be looked into.
New Business-
1] Jon Scaptura gave an update on the upcoming "Broadcaster's Reunion Party" to be held at Brothers Two Restaurant- Endwell, NY on September 24th. The buffet will start at 5:30 pm. with the mingle starting at 7:00 pm. SBE Chapter 1 will have a table to promote SBE Chapter 1 and Charlie Hallinan's "Scrapbook" CD. Scott Phillips will have a table with a mix of WKOP, WINR, WNBF items of interest.
2] Additional help has been requested by SBE Chapter 22 for the Broadcast & Technology Expo to be held on Wednesday September 28th at Turning Stone Casino Resort- Verona, NY. Vounteers are needed for the day, stating at 9:00 am.
