BUSINESS:

Raffle was won by Jim Pratt with $3.00 proceeds to the chapter 1 treasury.

Meeting started at 12:20 PM

Secretary’s Report- Reading of the August 10, 2004 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- No report …. A $200.00 check was forwarded to Dave Priester, at Ithaca College, for balance due on meals from the Taste of NAB night.

Old Business- October’s meeting will be presented by Sony. WSKG-TV46 is a possibility for a November meeting…discussion might include their new multi-casting procedures. Jim Pratt will make the arrangements for the annual Christmas party at the Little Venice this December.

Due to scheduling and commitments this spring, elections were not held as usual. A vote to reinstall the existing officers was motioned and carried, to allow the officers to complete the 2004-2005 term.

New Business-

Chapter 22 Convention at The Turning Stone Casino will be on September 23, 2004 SBE Chapter 1 will have a (booth)table. Scott Phillips and Jim Pratt stated the items of interest that would be at our table. Memorial mention will include Charlie Hallinan and Tom Ichikawa.

Jim Pratt had on hand the latest FCC rulings that were supplied by Gordon Ichikawa.
