BUSINESS:
Raffle- was won by Daniel Miller.  $5.00 went to the SBE Chapter 1 treasury.

Meeting started at 8:04 PM

Secretary's Report- Reading of the Sept 9, 2003 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- Accepted as stated-( $XXX.33 ).

Old Business-
1] November's meeting- Presenters will be contacted, along with a possible tour to the new T & K Communications tower. December's holiday get-together will be at the Little Venice Restaurant.  January and February will be our 12 noon "luncheons" at the Park Diner.

2] A tour to be given by Gary Talkiewicz (New York Network- Albany, NY) was discussed for a Saturday. Due to business commitments, it was tabled for now.

New Business-
1] Scott Phillips, Sr briefly discussed XM and SIRIUS satellite digital radio communications update. Literature on the 2 systems was handed out.

PROGRAM: A digital TV signal demonstration was presented by Gino Ricciardelli (Engineer Consultant) with support from Steve Miller (Chief Engineer at WICZ-TV40). A Sencore 3384 analyzer with a digital converter and monitor was discussed and shown.
