Meeting called to order at 8:06 PM – Jim Pratt presiding
Secretary’s Report:
Minutes from October meeting read and approved.
Treasurers’ Report:
No receipts or expenditures for the month of October.
Old Business:
-Election of Officers, James A Pratt replaces Eric Adler as Chairman.
Paul Kaminski becomes Vice Chairman, All other Officers to continue service.
-December meeting and party planned for the Red Lobster-Vestal Dec 5th at 5:30 pm
New Business:
-Notified by Indianapolis that Chapter Reports have not been properly filed,
need to get these in before January.
-Discussion on Syracuse SBE Chapter 22 Expo September 25, 2019 at the
Holiday Inn (Wyndham) in Liverpool.
Program:
Tour of Radio Station WLTB followed by fellowship.
