BUSINESS MEETING:

Raffle proceeds ($3.00) was donated to the Chapter 1 treasury.

Meeting started at 7:46 PM

Secretary's Report- Reading of the October 12, 2004 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- No report ……Tom Siglin stated that were are being charged a monthly "no activity" maintenance fee for our checking account. Tom will draw out a set amount and redeposit that amount to "show activity" on a as needed basis.

Old Business- The annual Christmas party will be held at the Little Venice restaurant( Chenango St.) on Wednesday- December 15th at 6 pm. A brief business meeting will be held right after the dinner.

New Business- Our January and February meetings will be luncheons at The Park Diner( Conklin Ave in Binghamton, NY ). March meeting dates and beyond are open for speakers. Tentative Mini NAB Road Show w/ Larry Bloomfield to be August 15th at WSKG-TV46 in Vestal, NY.

Dave Allen attended the BOS-CON show and reported that the show was well attended with a good all around venue. A good mix of radio, tv, cable and production suppliers and equipment manufactures.

Scott Phillips reported on the latest recycle legislation. As it stands now, DEC will be handing the environmental disposal policies. The New York Senate and Assembly bills that were in session have been voted out in favor of US governmental control.

An announcement of the Chapter 22 SBE November 17th meeting was stated.

Suggested ideas to increase membership for Chapter 1. Members are encouraged to come up will programs, speakers and ideas to increase attendance.
