BUSINESS:
Raffle- was won by Dave Allen.  $3.00 went to the SBE Chapter 1 treasury.

Meeting started at 7:43 PM

Secretary's Report- Reading of the Oct 14, 2003 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- Steve Miller received a check from SBE Chapter 22 in the amount of $XXX.00. This was for our time in helping out with the SBE Chapter 22 convention in September. Present balance including the $XXX.00 check and the $3.00 raffle donation is $X,XXX.33. Treasurers report was accepted as stated.

Old Business-
1] December's holiday get-together will start at 6 pm, at the Little Venice Restaurant in Binghamton. The January and February meetings will be our "luncheons" at the Park Diner; 12 noon. A possible tour of the T & K Communications tower to be scheduled for spring.

New Business-
1] Scott Phillips, Sr. updated us on a new computer virus called "Cool Web". This a nasty Trojan type virus that attacks the computer Internet browser. It slows down the web speed with constant renaming of the pre-selected default web site.
2]  Letter was read by Steve Miller regarding an e-mail letter sent by Dick Novik referencing the statewide EAS system. New equipment will be sent free of charge, providing you need this setup. Those stations involved need to respond by e-mail to Dick Novik.

PROGRAM: A digital TV signal demonstration(part 2) was presented by Gino Ricciardelli (Engineer Consultant) at WICZ-TV40. A Sencore 3384 analyzer, using live signals, showed the many features used for analyzing both the input and output of a digital transmitter.
