Secretary’s Report- Read as stated
Treasurers’ Report- Tom Siglin stated the present balance is $XXX.77. Chapter One now has electronic web banking set up at M & T Bank by our Treasurer Tom Siglin.
Old Business-
1) Tom Siglin has a few contacts for meeting programs derived from the SBE Chapter 22 Tech Expo at Turning Stone in Verona NY. These contacts were turned over to our Program Coordinator Ferdinand( Fred ) Montalvo
2) December’s Holiday Party will be on Dec 10th at Red Lobster, Vestal Pkwy, Vestal, NY at 6:00 PM. Each SBE Chapter 1 member will receive $20.00 cash towards his or her meal at the start of our supper. The full gratuity is compensated from the member’s total bill.
A tentative head count, as of this meeting, is 8 attending. Please let Scott Phillips know before Dec 9th. Contact Scott at 237-1005 or email TVRPRMAN@aol.com.
1) We voted for the 2013-2014 slate of directors. The following slate of directors were elected-

2) Both January’s and February’s meeting will be at 12:00 PM (noon) luncheons. The Park Diner and Denny’s Restaurant (Front St.), both located in Binghamton, were suggested. Scott Phillips to check these out. For future consideration Gino Ricciardelli could present a 50 min broadcasting history DVD on his wife Shirley.

Program: Bill Sitzman presented a program on how his company- Independent Broadcast Consultants Inc designed an AM triplexer for three radio stations and a diplexer to reject two STL frequencies on Maui Island, Hawaii.
