Meeting started at 8:10 PM.

50/50 Raffle $8.00 to Chapter 1

Treasurers Report- As submitted by Scott Phillips and Stephen Miller

Reading of Oct 6 minutes were accepted as read.

Discussion of certification disks; not received as yet. Scott Phillips to check with Kevin Bixby to make sure discs were not ordered. If not ordered, Stephen Miller will send a check too SBE for 5 certification discs plus postage/handling. Gino Ricciardelli will retain these discs and Tom Siglin or another SBE member will make / distribute as many copies as needed to SBE members.

Discussed the Chapter 22 renewed SBE National Meeting / Convention date as being
Nov. 28th. New Flyers were mailed to all SBE members with the changed scheduling of technical presentations and seminars. Help is needed in all areas to make the resheduled convention run smooth.

PROGRAM:

Thomas Kulas from Olums of Binghamton discussed the new changes of High Definition televisions & monitors that are and will be supplied to the general public. Two(2) pass out informational packets with detail information were given out on the aspect of owning a new digital tv set and what is available. Discussion to involve SBE and retail outlets, together as one, to inform the general public as to the benefits of purchasing a HDTV.
