Meeting started at 7:43 PM.

Secretary’s Report- Reading of the October and September meeting minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- Treasury balance was stated as $X,XXX.59, including $4.00 raffle proceeds.

New Business-

1] December’s Holiday Party is scheduled to be at Maro’s in the Regency Hotel, Binghamton. The January and February meetings will be luncheon meetings starting at 12 noon at the Park Diner, Conklin Ave., Binghamton, NY.

2] The SBE Broadcast & Technology Expo rebate check from Chapter 22 was discussed.

Old Business-

1] The second part of the tour of McIntosh Labs has been planned to start at 6:00 PM for March 2007 . A late dinner will be at The Park Diner Restaurant, 7:30 - 8:00 PM.

2] Re-visited the possibility of changing the day of the week Chapter One meets. A trial period was suggested to hold our meetings on the 2^nd Thursday of each month. March 8^th (Thursday) would be our first evening meeting.

3] Dave Allen updated us on Chapter 140 (the Ithaca Chapter).

4] Chapter’s 2 holiday party date and time has not been posted as of this meeting.

PROGRAM: Larry Hodge presented us with a pictoral tour of his Bolivia trip. Larry was instrumental in helping to assist in a ground up FM radio station construction.
