Old Business-

1] Tom Siglin contacted 7-8 vendors at the SBE Chapter 22 Expo that might be able to offer technical presentations for our chapter meetings. This list was passed on to Chairman Jim Pratt for review.

2 ] The December holiday party will be held at J. Michaels Restaurant starting at 6 PM. J Michaels is located at 59 State St. in Binghamton, NY (near the State Street- Parking ramp).

New Business-

1 ] Our January and February meetings will be the 12:00 noon luncheons. Location(s) TBA

2 ] March’s meeting agenda remains open.

3 ] Motion authorizing Tom Siglin to change the Chapter One’s bank account was approved. In addition to co-signer Scott Phillips, Sr; James Pratt has also been added as a co-signer to this new account.
