BUSINESS:

Meeting started at 8:22PM

Secretary’s Report- Reading of the Nov 9, 2004 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- SBE Chapter 22 sent a check in the amount of $300.00 for Chapter 1 helping out with their convention. Present balance with the SBE Chapter 22 proceeds is $XXX.xx. Treasures report was accepted as stated. Tom Siglin and Steve Miller to resolve the monthly fee "no activity" issue for our checking account.

Old Business-

1] Discussion on the past years activities and general planing for 2005.

2] The January and February meetings will be our "luncheons" at the Park Diner; located at 119 Conklin Rd in Binghamton at 12 noon.

3] Larry Bloomfield will again be having the mini NAB show at WSKG-TV46, Vestal, NY. on Monday, August 22^nd. Binghamton University, Broome Community College, BOCES & Ithaca College students and faculty have been encouraged to attend. We would need to contact these facilities to arrange attendance in advance; as most would be in summer break.

New Business-

1] Kevin Bixby is the new contract engineer for ClearChannels in our area.

2] Gordon Ichikawa has been contacted for a possible tour of his tower site for spring or summer.

3] David Nicosia (National Weather Service and NOAA) would also like to do a presentation for our group again. We will let David know as soon as possible.
