Meeting started at 9:05 PM.

50/50 Raffle Kevin Bixby won and donated the $8.00 to Chapter 1.

Treasurers Report- No report

Reading of November 13th minutes were accepted as read. Correction to these minutes-$100.00 donation to the September 11th Relief Program through the Ennes Foundation was added.

Discussion of certification disks; not received as yet. Stephen Miller will send a check too SBE for 5 certification discs plus postage/handling. Gino Ricciardelli will retain these discs and Tom Siglin or another SBE member will make / distribute as many copies as needed to SBE members.

Discussed the Chapter 22 renewed SBE National Meeting on Nov. 28th. Dave Allen and Tom Ichikawa represented Chapter 1. Two former members of Chapter 1 made fellow.Tom Siglin agreed to hold the July Picnic at his house.

Several restaurants, for the up coming years supper location, (Applebees, Country Buffet, Roaring Fork, Denny's) were discussed. The Denny's location was picked as the most convenient.

Discussed the Chapter 2 Holiday Party Dec 17th. Kevin Bixby will drive his vehicle with 4 of our members tentativly attending. Tom Siglin will be the back up driver; if needed.

Tom Ichikawa mentioned about the tower's rating going to a "G" rating
