Meeting started at 8:16 pm.

Secretary’s Report- Reading of the Nov 8, 2005 minutes was accepted as read.

Treasurers Report- Treasures report- $1,167.14

Old Business-

1] January and February’s meetings will 12:00(noon) luncheons at the Park Diner-

Conklin Ave., Binghamton, NY.

2] Our March meeting will be presented by Ron Shoemaker. Ron will be showing the new video production facilities at "The Arena" in Binghamton, NY.

New Business-

1] The April meeting is tentatively scheduled and awaiting confirmation from David Nicosia of the National Weather Service Binghamton, NY. May and June’s meetings are TBA. July will again be the “Almost Never Rain Picnic” at Tom Siglins house in Vestal, NY.

2] Light discussion contained ideas for a new night, that would be more convenient

for the overall membership, as well as new ideas to promote SBE. Possibility more luncheons could be scheduled with mini presentations. Scott Phillips will contact national SBE for ideas on upcoming topics. Tom Siglin volunteered to contact- BOCES, Binghamton University and Broome Community College, for students

who might be interested in the broadcasting field.
