Meeting opened at: 7:58PM 12/16/2014 (Note: meeting was postponed one week due to inclement weather)

Secretary’s Report: Reading of previous month's meeting minutes.

Treasurers’ Report: A balance of XXX.07 remains after dispersing 100.00 to five SBE

members as a credit towards their dinner.

Old Business: November minutes read and accepted (Albert motioned; carried )

New Business: Discussion about setting up an on-line calendar system to aid in

scheduling future activities

Events: A January dinner at Red Lobster (Vestal NY) and meeting at WSKG are planned with a program from: Joe Torelli, Comrex featuring LiveShot™

February: Lunch planned with no presentation

April: National Weather Service NOAA

March and May still open
